Senior Business Analyst
Core responsibilities include, Providing application support to offshore clients, managing a team of developers to resolve issues and deliver fixes, discussing and finalizing the scope of new projects with stakeholders and ensure proper documentation, working with the project teams to ensure product development, presenting final products to clients and stakeholders
Business Analyst
My role in Systems limited is to support the implementation of any project at every stage of the project life cycle. My core responsibilities include accompanying project managers on customer meetings to elicit business requirements, analyzing and interpreting clients’ business requirements, designing and documenting efficient solutions to fulfill clients’ requirements, estimating efforts and timelines, overseeing development, testing and reporting defects, assisting clients during UAT and negotiating change requests and costs with customers.
Moreover, in addition to my core responsibilities, I often assist management in pre-sales activities, such as analyzing RFIs, RFPs, TPs, Compliance sheets etc.
